When caring for your hair a fantastic moisturizer is a must, depending on your hair's thickness you may need a thinner or more creamer base moisturizer. My hair is very very thick and loves the moisture, so of course I like a more cream texture moisturizer. I've been using the ElastaQP Olive Oil and Mango Butter as well as the ORS Olive Oil Lotion the consistency of both of these products are creamy and it does a wonderful job keeping the hair moisturized from roots to ends. These products doesn't cause my hair to be weighed down or greasy and that's great thing. I moisturize and seal my hair every night it's an essential thing when caring for my tresses.
I feel like moisturizing your hair is just as important as moisturizing your skin. Keeping your hair moisturized at all times prevents breakage and also keeps you hair soft and manageable. A few ways to get moisture in the hair is a good co wash (condition wash), deep conditioning and of course moisturizing and sealing. Hope this post helps someone out there. Thank you all for Reading.

I love the Elasta QP moisturizer. It's the only one that my hair actually responds to and for me since my hair has thickened back up it enjoys the moisture without getting heavy or greasy. It's my fave. Have tried the new packaged jars but that's cause I had to get a bunch from eBay because there was a major gap in availability here.

ReplyDeleteI have this as one of my staples. In the past I used to say "you're good, but why you so greasy tho?" Then I realized that I was using too much at a time! LOL! Did you see the new packaging, and the curl defining pudding? I think that when my tub is finished I might try the pudding.

the only thing I hate about it is how hard it is to get the remains of the product!!!!! I've never tried the elasta QP but I only heard good things about it too
My apologies for the late reply. LOL getting the last of the product out is hard lol I turn my bottle upside down over night lol. I don't like wasting product especially the ones I love lol.
